Alborz mountains in the north of Tehran is one of the main reasons for Iranian and foreign trekkers to travel to this region. Also Damavand peak as the 12th most prominent peak in the world, and the second most prominent in Asia after Mount Everest, has always been one of the main icons of Iran. Climbing Damavand as the highest peak in Iran and Middle East, and also the highest volcano in Asia, can be a dream come true for many tourists who come to Iran. Having the climbing and skiing on the plan, this region has a lot to offer from historical and mesmerizing natural attractions.

Duration and description
Day 1: Departing from Hi Tehran Hostel to Polour village, ski touring to Golezard Mount (3800m), skiing to Polour, resting and sleeping in Rineh village as one the first camp of mount Damavand (2100m);
Day 2: Ski Touring to “Do-Berar” region (4150m), continue skiing to Lasem village as another first camp of mount Damavand (2100m);
Day 3: Ski touring to a peak of Do-Berar range (up to 4000m), continue skiing to Lasem village as another first camp of mount Damavand (2100m);
Day 4: Driving to ascend camp (1h), climbing from ascend camp to third Camp (4200m/5h) and resting in mountain lodge for the night;
Day 5: Acclimatization day – Resting and relaxing;
Day 6: Summit Day, climbing to Damavand peak and ski touring to summit (5610m/4h), going back to the third camp;
Day 7: Going down to Rineh, relaxing and searching around;
Day8: Return to Tehran after breakfast.
