- Do you Accept credit cards?
No, all payments are in cash.
- Do you provide pick-up service?
Yes, we do, we need your flight information to arrange pick-up service which costs 40 USD per car from IKIA Airport. For more info Please Visit HI Tehran Hostel Pick-up Page
- How can I get from IKIA International Airport to Hi Tehran?
You can take taxi, or you can use our pick-up service which is 40 USD per car.
- How far is HI Tehran Hostel from subway?
We are just steps away from Haft-e-Tir Subway station from which you can access to all regions of Tehran.
- Is it possible to add extra bed or mattress to a room?
Yes, we charge you 10$ for each additional mattress.
- What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 a.m. HI-Tehran is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Is breakfast free?
YES! A light breakfast of tea/coffee, Cheese, fruits, butter, milk, toast and jam is included in the price.
- Do we have internet connection in the hostel?
Yes, free WiFi with unlimited traffic.
- Are there laundry facilities?
Yes there is a laundry service available.
- Do you have parking?
HI-Tehran does not have its own parking lot, but you can put your car, bike or bicycle in the front yard.
- Do you provide bed-sheets and towels?
Yes and hair drier and iron…for free!

Yes, for bookings more that 7 days or for more than 10 people we offer 10% discount.Also, We offer other discounts in other special cases.
